Companion Animal Hospital, located in Phenix City, Alabama is a full service small animal hospital.  We are conveniently located near the Fort Benning, GA, Columbus, GA area as well as Fort Mitchell and Smiths Station, AL.   It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet.  Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets,  early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages, and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime.  Please come by for a tour of our facility and meet our caring team members at any time.
  

With our online Pet Portal by VetSTREET you have access to your pets records as well as our online store. It allows you to check and update your pet's health records, gives you the ability to request prescription refills and you can send us updated contact information. You can upload your pet's picture and you can print out proof of vaccination for boarding, grooming or travel. It allows us to send you email reminders for appointments and important health messages.  You can also access reliable information on a wide range of pet health topics. In our online store you can order pet food, flea & tick products and a large variety of items. Getting started is very easy.  All you need to do is provide us with your current email address. You then will receive a Welcome email with all the information needed to log in.  Please note: Your email will NEVER be sold or shared. Our hospital is an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association.  AAHA sets standards for quality pet care in veterinary hospitals.  As a hospital member, we voluntarily uphold the high standards of the association in 18 different areas including patient care, surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet health records, cleanliness, dental and nursing care, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology and continuing education.
